rHeal Art Panels are designed for laser engraving and cutting. Go from concept to creation faster than ever before!  Simply mask the panel and create. Wipe away char and smoke gently with a dry cloth.  Excessive rubbing can remove the ink.  For best results, apply a UV protectant spray to panels after cutting and cleaning to protect the colorful ink and add shine to your finished project. (We like Krylon UV Resistant Acrylic Spray.)

Want to know more?  Our Art Panels are made with rigid ink that is UV cured.  This means the images are laser safe and will not peel away from the substrate when cut.  

Images are printed directly onto the substrate (wood, acrylic, etc.).  This means the image will take on some properties of the material underneath.  For example, the wood grain may show through the image, or the panel will have a slightly bumpy and textured finish.  The final result will vary based on the material selected, the design of the image, and the ink colors used in an image. 

Because we want our panels to be pop with color, we use white ink in many of the designs.  It is important to protect the light colors from laser flashback or charring.  To avoid staining the inks, mask the panels before cutting.  Make sure to use firm pressure when applying the masking tape so that it adheres well and does not peel while lasering.  Remove any bubbles or wrinkles in the masking if possible to avoid small spots of charring on the print.

The high-quality UV ink does have a strong odor when printed, which dissipates over time.

The panels are made when your order is placed.  Therefore, it may take 1-3 days processing time. 

Eucalyptus Board Art Panels are printed with the image on one side.  The substrate will be visible on the opposite side.  Need a 2-sided print?  Select one of the other materials available!
